Mental Health Counselor

Ashley holds a a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is a Rhode Island Licensed Mental Health Counselor.     

She has experience working with children, adolescents, and families to provide treatment that supports a healthy and fulfilled life. Ashley's counseling style includes a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution focused therapies. 

Ashley is now accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health and Cigna insurance. For more information, or to schedule an appointment, please call the office.  Ashley has availability on Thursday evenings from 4:30 to 7:30pm
